Tasting Notes

NOSE A very distinctive floral aroma with candied lemon peel and pepper. |

PALATE Smooth and a little viscous with hints of exotic spice and citrus. |

FINISH Long and herbal, with a lingering sweet spice. |

OVERALL The gin has a nice pleasant mouthfeel and the finish brings back some of that juniper that was present on the nose. |
