“Half Moon” Yuzu is a fortress of 20% and refreshing shades of citrus fruits, solo in taste and aroma. It is made by distilling barley sake. The obtained light alcoholic drink with a neutral taste, mixed with natural juice of citrus, so the liquor acquires a fresh flavor and a juicy acidity.
