KAMOTSURU Itteki Nyukon. Bright aromas of white grapes and vine flowers. Clean and soft texture with a balanced, fresh flavor and medium body. Kamotsuru was the first brewery to use the power-driven rice polishing machine in 1898 and is known for having set the standard for ginjo and daiginjo grade sake.
